The Bulletin de l’Institut Français d’Études Andines

Founded in 1972, the Bulletin de l’Institut Français d’Études Andines is an interdisciplinary journal in the humanities and social sciences that publishes three issues a year: two miscellaneous, and one themed. It publishes new academic articles about the Andean countries – primarily Bolivia, Colombia, Equator and Peru – and thereby contributes to disseminating the expertise of Ifea researchers and former researchers as well as Andean or Andeanist  researchers working in this geographical region. The journal’s main publication languages are Spanish and French. To inaugurate the journal’s site, 19 issues are available in full-text access, that is to say its entire backlist since 2006.
