The Revue de primatologie opens its website on Revues.org

A new journal published entirely in electronic form, the Revue de Primatologie (Primatology journal) aims to unite French-speaking primatology and to broaden its reach. Primatology is of interest to human sciences and finds itself at a crossroads between disciplines as varied as conservation, ecology, paleontology, cognitive sciences or biomedical sciences. The Revue de Primatologie strives to become a privileged place to exchange and interact for these complementary fields, whilst giving a strong scientific value to its contents. The journal is also reporting the activities of the Société Francophone de Primatologie (French-speaking primatology society), in a forum of international audience, in order to gather a large audience primarily interested in primates.
On the occasion of the opening of its website on Revues.org, the Revue de primatologie presents a first issue in full open-access. The forthcoming issues will be published biannually, with a six-month restricted access reserved for the members of the SFDP.
