Cuadernos LIRICO, the Study of Contemporary Argentine and Uruguayan Literature

Cuadernos LIRICO is published by the inter-university study network of contemporary literature of the Río de la Plata in France, a network composed of 19 researchers in 16 universities. The journal sets out to create a space for dialogue between French, Latino-American and North American universities focusing on Argentine and Uruguayan literary production. Special attention is given to the study of archives, unpublished texts and creative processes. The main themes tackled are cultural displacement, transnationality and migration in literary discourse, as well as the confrontation of critical traditions and the actualisation of theory. For the opening of its site, the journal has published all seven issues of its catalogue on open access. Spanish is the main publication language
