From “applied botany” to “ethno-ecology” via “tropical agronomy”, the Revue d'ethnoécologie is the outcome of a long legacy of research into the relationship between human societies and their environment. It aims to bring together, without disciplinary barriers, research that places at the centre of its preoccupations knowledge and expertise about biological diversity and environments based on field studies. For the launch of its site on Revues.org, Revue d'ethnoécologie is offering two issues on open access.

Founded in 1992, the Forum Sociológico journal is published by the Centro de estudos de sociologia d’études of the Universidade Nova de Lisboa (CesNova). It is a Portuguese sociology journal that is also a permanent forum for discussion, debate and reflection about society. For the launch of its site on Revues.org, Forum Sociológco is offering its last five issues on open access.

El Argonauta español is a Franco-Spanish journal examining modern and contemporary history devoted to the study of the Spanish press from its origins to the present day (17th-21st centuries). Founded in 2004 by the UMR TELEMME, the journal is published bi-annually in January and June. Each issue includes a monograph theme and miscellaneous papers. Articles relate to the press of Spain and newspapers and journals published in the colonial empire in 18th and 19th century, and about Spain in the foreign and especially French press. For its launch on Revues.org, the first nine issues are available in full text.

The Nouvelle Revue du Travail publishes scientific articles about work, considered as a transversal notion at the crossroads between various sociological currents relating to organizations, institutions, professions, professional relationships, employment, gender, clinics, innovation, and management, etc. It is targeted at the academic community, at a public of practitioners in companies and in public administrations. The NRT debates with other disciplines, tackling issues of work on the international scale or in specific countries. This young journal has just published its second issue. All articles are freely accessible online and available for download on PDF and ePub via the OpenEdition Freemium program for libraries. Furthermore, the journal is complemented by a research blog on the Hypothèses platform, the Carnet de la NRT. The blog features a presentation of the editorial line, the composition of the editorial team and calls for contributions.

The Cahiers de littérature orale, part of the Langage, Langues et Cultures d’Afrique Noire laboratory (UMR 8135 - CNRS and Inalco), is a French publication devoted, since 1976, to the linguistic arts of oral cultures around the world. Also studied are oral literary genres, and anything related to contexts of oral presentation and transmission, and codified speech, including fictional production and alphabetized cultures where orality and writing coexist in their most contemporary modes, such as Internet and chat, etc. For the opening of the site on Revues.org, all issues since 2007 are available on open access, i.e. seven issues including seven double issues.

Insaniyat is an Algerian journal which is part of an anthropological and social science project open to a number of disciplines focusing on man and society. Financed and published by the Centre national de recherche en anthropologie sociale et culturelle (CRASC), it publishes research produced in Algeria and beyond, in both the Arabic and French languages. For its inauguration, Insaniyat is offering an exceptional forty-two issues, accessible online in open access. PDF and ePub formats of articles will soon be available.
