    Founded in 1987, the Quaderni journal studies the world of communication and its relationships with technologies and power. Communication is everywhere: in the humanities, in the natural sciences, in newspapers, in politics, and in businesses. Quaderni sets out to describe its functioning and analyse its use. The journal is published by the éditions de la Maison des sciences de l’homme on Revues.org and available commercially via Cairn.info with an embargo period of three years. To coincide with its inauguration, Quaderni has published four issues in full text on open access, covering the years 2008 and 2009.

    The Centre Jacques-Berque is a hybrid unit and part of the Instituts français de recherche à l'étranger (UMIFRE) in Rabat, Morocco. Its research activity comprises academic programs, events and publications relating to the social, economic and political dynamics of Morocco and the Maghreb. It seems is composed of French, Moroccan and international researchers. In order to encourage the distribution and promotion of works in its domain, the CJB has opened an electronic book collection on OpenEdition, Maktabat al-Maghreb, composed of two sub-collections, Description du Maghreb, devoted to previously unpublished research, and Les rééditions du CJB, devoted to republication of out of print classics. Five works are already accessible online in full text and available for download in PDF and ePub formats via the OpenEdition Freemium program for libraries.

    Perspectives interdisciplinaires sur le travail et la santé (PISTES) is a Quebec-based electronic journal created in 1999. It is dedicated to the social and human aspects of work and their relationship to the health of people and organisations. The journals seven latest issues are currently available online on the Revues.org platform. In months to come all 29 issues will become available. All articles are accessible on open access, and available for download on PDF and ePub formats.

    Produced by the Centre de recherches interdisciplinaires en sciences humaines et sociales (CRISES), Liame, meaning “link” or “connected group” in Rhône-Provençal dialect, publishes results of its research laboratory, receptive to its academic environment. It is open to young researchers, publishes study day proceedings and analyses their perspectives. The journal also aims to create critical editions of published texts. Liame’s first electronic issue dates back to issue 23 (2011). For its inauguration on Revues.org,Liame offers its three latest issues on open access in full text.

    The RFSIC, electronic journal published by the Société française des sciences de l’information et de la communication, deals with all issues relating to the information and communication sciences via a transversal approach encompassing background and emerging themes, for the attention of researchers and professionals. For its arrival on the Revues.org platform, the journal has published its second issue, entitled, “Communication et diversité cuturelle” [Communication and cultural diversity]. All articles are freely accessible online and available for download in PDF and ePub formats. The journal is also part of the OpenEdition Freemium package for libraries.

    Mémoire(s), identité(s), marginalité(s) dans le monde occidental contemporain. Cahiers du MIMMOCis an electronic journal covering the theme of crises, ruptures and continuity from the late 18th century to the present day through the optics of memory, identity and marginality within the context of the disintegration of traditional Ancien Régime societies. The journal is published by the MIMMOC research group of the Maison des Sciences de l’Homme et de la Société at the Univeristy of Poitiers. The inauguration of its site on the Revues.org platform coincides with the publication of its eighth edition devoted to German Unification, and all its publications feature in full-text on open-access.
